About us
New Life is a community focused church known for it’s friendliness, warmth and people of all ages! We gather every Sunday at 10am for contemporary worship, relevant teaching from the Bible, and connecting with others! There’s a well equipped nursery that’s busy every week! Our ‘Kids Jam’ student programs run for grades p-2 and 3-5. It’s a come-as-you-are atmosphere; coffee and tea are always on!
Being ‘outward-focused’ is part of our DNA at New Life. We do community events such as monthly community meals, volunteer weekly at the NS Resettlement Store, and have special large scale family events!

pastor Darren millett
Pastor Darren has been part of New Life since 2013.
He loves to teach, listen, and serve with others in the community!
Darren completed his Masters of Divinity at Regent College in Vancouver and Acadia Divinity College in Wolfville NS.
He’s also a golfer, a gardener, and an occasional mountain climber!
Darren and his family live in Hatchet Lake.
